Schitterende villa, 2 slaapkamers en 1 badkamer, uitzicht op de bergen en 100 m van het community zwembad. Gelegen op 5 min. rijden van het idyllisch strand van Cocoro, 20 minuten van het bruisende Moraira en schilderachtige El Portet. De villa ligt op een hoek in een rustige wijk met prachtige mediterrane tuinen en eigen parking. Twee buitenterrassen; beneden terras voorzien van permanente bbq en buiten douche. Perceel is 400 m2 en geeft daardoor groot gevoel van vrijheid. Geschikt als werkplek
Een prachtige rustige omgeving op Cumbre del Sol, villa omgeven door goed onderhouden Spaanse Tuin. 2 Minuten lopen van groot gemeenschappelijk zwembad met kinderbad. 10 Minuten rijden van het idyllische strand van El Portet, Golfcourse Javea 10 minuten rijden. Moraira luxe jachthaven op 10 minuten rijden.
