‘Eva Recommends’ was born out of a passion turned into a profession. Eva, from Jerez and settled in Seville since 2004, offers beautiful accommodations in ‘Casas con Encanto’ offering her guests in an outstanding and personal way, the opportunity to get to know the beautiful Seville and other destinations in Andalusia, becoming the best cicerona. We are obliged by law to provide the personal details of all adult guests over the age of 17 who are staying with us to the relevant government authorities. This information is contained in your passport or national identity card. You must provide the Advance Information via a secure network at least 24 hours before the day of arrival. We request a security deposit to protect us from any damage or accident which allows us to have a guarantee that we are covered, the pre-authorisation will be processed through a secure network at least 24h before the day of arrival. Failure to return keys or loss of keys will incur a charge which will be deducted from the security deposit. Rules: It is not allowed to accommodate people not registered in the reservation. No parties, disturbing guests or neighbours, loud music. We have systems to control the decibel level. Failure to comply with the rules will result in an extra charge of 50% of the full amount of the stay as a penalty, or immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Each flat has two large bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, independent kitchen and is well equipped to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We are located in the Encarnación neighbourhood, very close to palaces, museums, important monuments, streets with lots of history, supermarkets, local bars and restaurants, close to the mythical Alameda de Hércules, a modern and alternative place full of terraces. The street life is noticeable and is part of our culture, the area is very local with a very personal atmosphere. Very close to the famous Setas, an all-wooden structure inspired by the vaults of the Cathedral and the thousand-year-old ficus trees that you will find some of them walking around the centre. It has a viewpoint with pleasant views. In addition, the most important monuments of Seville are just a few steps away. We recommend the local bars and our tapas. Having breakfast in the street is part of our culture and chatting with people in the markets of Feria street, or Encarnación street.
