The apartment "Casa Gaviotas" is a modern, luxury accommodation located at the beach. With everything you need for a comfortable stay, this apartment is ideal for a family or 2 couples and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and an additional separate guest toilet. Additional amenities include WI-Fi (suitable for video calls), A/C and a TV. Guests can enjoy the private terrace complete with garden furniture. The location of the terrace is ideal for watching the sunrise and sunset over the Mediterranean. Within seconds you are with your feet in the sand of Costa del Sol's best beaches. Guests can easily park their car in the underground parking spot or on the nearby street where there are plenty of parking spaces. A high chair and baby cot are not provided. Pets and parties are not allowed. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.

The nearest cafes, bars and restaurants are a 2-minute walk away (180m) and the closest big supermarket is a 5-minute drive (2.5 km) but you will also find a local supermarket within walking distance in the port of Duquesa. Gibraltar Airport is a 37-minute drive (34 km). Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport is an hour's drive (94 km). The apartment is only a 2 minutes walk to Puerto de la Duquesa, known as one of the most charming ports in the Costa del Sol. Here you will find shops and all types of restaurant cuisines as well as lively entertainment.
