Casa Esmeralda! It’s a modern apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a terrace outside with a table and chairs. In addition, there is a garden with a gas grill and a set of garden furniture for you to relax on. In our apartment complex you can find 4 pools and a gym. We also offer a high-speed Wi-Fi, 55” TV . Apt. is fully air-conditioned. There is also a washer-dryer at your disposal. The complex is enclosed with a free parking spots inside.
We love to travel and we expect the accommodation to be easy and the place to be as close to home as possible.
Casa Esmeralda apartment is located in the gated estate with 4 swimming pools, free parking spaces and gym. Within 500 m distance You will find 2 Supermarkets (LIDL and CONSUM) together with few bars and restaurants. The vibrant through whole year center of Ciudad Quesada is just within 1,5 km and 20 min walk from the apartment. It is only 7km (not more than 10 min drive) from the beautiful sandy beaches of Guardamar de Segura. Only 500 m distance from the Parc Natural de Las Lagunas de La Mata y Torrevieja with the pink salty lakes from where there is the local micro climate. In Ciudad Quesada and close neiberhood ther are several famous Spanish Golf Clubs: La Marquesa Golf, La Finca Golf and Vistabella Golf Club
