    “Excellent host, communication and location. Quiet neighborhood, close to beach and tourist bus stop. Clean, comfortable unit. Only downside is very steep and narrow stairway to 2nd floor, so if heavy bags, make sure you have strength to carry up.”

Casa Surik (1st floor) is a newly renovated unique apartment with a 25 m2 roof-terras with a shower were you can relax and have a drink or have your breakfast, lunch or dinner while enjoying the Valencian sun. The bedroom has a high sealing and a lot of light coming through which gives it a very airy and spacious feeling. Located in the trendy street Jose Benlliure, here you have all the facilities you need and just 700m from the beach. Overall it is a great apartment which you can enjoy with friends or family. Casa Pablo (ground floor) is a charming ground floor apartment ,totally renovated (2018) and refurbished. Located in the trendy street jose Benlliure. You have all facilities around the corner: the cabañal food market, pharmacies and cafes and bars. From the typical fisherman’s house to a cosy studio for 4 guests, an open kitchen and living room make this apartment ideal for a summer beach break where you can enjoy a siesta just 700 m from the apartment. We provide 2 bicycles for the guests on the ground floor to have a ride around the neighbourhood or go to the beach a large walk-in closet allows to keep all the luggage out of the living space.
The Cabanyal is the area which is closest to the beach of "Las Arenas" and the Malvarrosa". Originally it was a fisherman's village and later a popular summer spot for locals and tourists. Today, it has become an interesting, trendy and diverse neighborhood with a personal enchantment. With a small-town ambience, it is conventiently close to the city center by bus, metro, train or bicycle. Due to the topography, it is easy to get around by bike which can be rented in various locations throughout the neighborhood. The Cabanyal has it all: shopping, grocery stores, a fresh food market, restaurants, the beach and public transport. You can arrive from the airport or train stations by taxi or metro and move around with the public transport, by bike or just walking around to enjoy the diversity of the area. It is also close to the City of Arts and Sciences (Oceanographic Park, Prince Felipe Science Museum and the Opera) which we recommend visiting. The Cabanyal is a living open-air museum of the past 150 years of Spanish architecture and ceramic tiling and a real asset to the city of Valencia.
