We are a tourist flat management company. We strive for perfection in everything we do. Therefore, we try to maintain and take care of the small details in our actions. This is a recently refurbished flat in a typical single-family house in the Cabanyal neighbourhood. If you are looking for a chic, industrial style, wabi-sabi place, this is your flat.

Property information

Old ice factory from the beginning of the 20th century (1926) renovated and refurbished maintaining the original structure of the house and the architecture of the Cabanyal, a fishing village. Perfect for digital nomads. WIFI 1GB, all the comforts. Possibility of a long of one month. Located in the centre of Cabanyal, just a few metres from the Cabanyal Market, a perfect place to buy fresh fruit and vegetables. The fine sandy beach is 800m walking distance away. Autonomous entry. The interior styling is wabi-sabi and boho chic with a Mediterranean touch. Mediterranean style with a white pool with water in shades of blue with water jets. The entrance is self-contained with a smart lock. The flat has one bedroom with double bed. There is also a bedroom with a trundle bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom has direct access to a private bathroom and there is also a full bathroom. It has an open-plan, loft-style kitchen with all the amenities and direct access to the swimming pool.

Neighbourhood information

El Cabanyal is a fishermen's neighbourhood in Valencia. It was declared a site of cultural interest in 1983, with the category of historical complex. The values to be protected were its fabric derived from the agglomeration of huts and its traditional architecture. Its origins date back to the 13th century. According to The Guardian newspaper, the Cabanyal is one of the coolest neighbourhoods in Europe. A complete jewel of popular modernism, just 5km from the city centre of Valencia. You will be immersed in an alternative and bohemian atmosphere. As an old neighbourhood, it has a festival of great tradition and unique in the whole city, the Semana Santa Marinera. It is one of the most important celebrations in the city.
