House with garden and patio in San Andres Golf Urbanization, with common areas that will delight any vacationer, saltwater pool for adults, children's pool, tennis court, garden area... ideal for holidays with children. Pool opening date June 9 to October 1. The house has two floors, it consists of three bedrooms, the first with a 1.50 double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, the second with a 1.35 bed and a ceiling fan and the third with two single beds and a fan. of ceiling. There is another bathroom with shower, a living-dining room with flat screen TV, sofa, fireplace and dining area. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you need (dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, utensils... etc).
