Casa Alisei is a cozy villa located in a quiet urbanization of Playa Blanca, one of the most outstanding places of Lanzarote, whether you want to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the sun and sea on its fantastic beaches, or if you want to enjoy the infinite natural and cultural attractions that the island offers. In the "Residencial Alegranza", which is located at the foot of Montaña Roja, you will find a very peaceful environment as well as a large communal pool, located right in front of the house. You will be able to reach it through a direct access from the garden, where, after a refreshing swim, you will enjoy privacy and a green rest area to lie in the sun. Casa Alisei is perfect to host a couple, a small group of friends or a family with children who wish to enjoy a cozy and pleasant atmosphere in which to feel at home and enjoy moments of relaxation and well-deserved restful sleep. The bungalow has a spacious living-dining room with a comfortable sofa, table and chairs; two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 150x200 cm, the other with two single beds; a bathroom with shower and hairdryer; a well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. The apartment also has other additional services to make your stay more comfortable! As for the bathroom, it has a washing machine, iron, ironing board and cleaning products. A stable and high-speed Wi-Fi connection and a 55" Smart TV will guarantee you the maximum connection with the outside world and a way to entertain yourself when you are at home. Outside, in addition to a solarium and a garden in pure Canarian style, you will find a covered terrace furnished with sofas, table and chairs, to enjoy delicious outdoor barbecues, fresh from the barbecue. If you come by car, you will have no problem to park it outside the bungalow. It is forbidden to smoke inside the house and to have parties or celebrations.
