Marbella Old Town Luxury Townhouse. Two double bedrooms with bathroom ensuite, fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge areas. Aircon and heating throughout. Roof terrace/solarium. All day sunbathing/lounging or drinks in the evening. Perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. In the heart of the old town. Bars, restaurants, shops, places of interest- close by- Orange Square 2 mins. Closest beach 600m – 7 minutes walk. The space This is a newly renovated (August 2023) luxury townhouse in the heart of Old Town Marbella. A beautiful house with a boutique hotel feel. The exterior has been sympathetically restored in keeping with “Old Town” character, whilst the interior has been finished to the highest standard with the whole house having a light bright & luxurious Andalusian style feel. On the ground floor we have one bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room which can be booked separately or in combination with this apartment (there is a connecting door). On the first and second floor you will find a two bedroom apartment with bathrooms en-suite. The cozy living room with chimney, open plan (fully equipped) kitchen and terrace is on the second floor. Casa Aduar 22 has tastefully designed walk in shower rooms, & provide guests with luxury beds. Both bedrooms have a Juliette balcony with a charming outlook. The terrace offers you all day sun & a place to enjoy cool drinks in the evening whilst watching the sun set over the rooftops of Marbella.
