Villa Carma is situated in Sant Josep, at the beginning of the bay of Sant Antoni, just 3 mins drive from sandy Port des Torrent beach. This modern villa with a private pool, BBQ and well-maintained garden has 4 double rooms, two of them en suite, with natural light, a spacious living room, an independent kitchen and a large roof terrace perfect for yoga. Among other features - flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and AC the entire house, including the kitchen. Inside dining for 6, and outside dining for 8 people, next to the pool and BBQ. The villa consists of 2 floors. On the main floor, there is a living room and an independent kitchen, each with its access to the pool, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. Bedroom 1: 2 single beds, access to the pool. Main floor. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, garden views. Main floor. Bedroom 3: double bed of 1.5m, pool and garden views, ensuite bathroom with a shower. First floor. Bedroom 4: double bed of 1.5m, garden views, ensuite bathroom with a shower and bidé. First floor. A general cleaning is done upon arrival and on checkout.

Villa Carma has a very quiet ambiance and is perfect for those who look to be away from the noisy crowd yet close to beautiful beaches and villages. San Agustin is just 5 km away - a sleepy, almost impossibly pretty little village halfway between San Antonio and San José with beautiful views. Just 3 km from the villa - and you are in cala Bassa beach, one of the most popular beaches which truly offers something for everyone. Surrounded by a wooded area of Sabina trees, and boasting clear, turquoise waters and soft, pale golden sand, it's a safe bathing spot for kids, but not exactly a 'sleepy' beach, as there is a range of watersports on offer for the adrenalin junkies - including jet skis. The nearest bus stop Sol y Mar is 900 m away from the villa.
