We are a holiday rental agency with great experience in rental management in Benalmádena and Torremolinos, Málaga (Spain). We have designed the interior of each apartment looking for the best comfort. And what is the difference with a hotel? Our apartments are organized to be inhabited, with all the amenities you may need. They also allow any daily activity, just like at home (watch a movie, put the washing machine, cook or receive guests). At the same time, you will enjoy the same services as access to the pool, parking, Wi-Fi, garden, air conditioning ... Without paying more, since staying in an apartment is an economic saving, especially if it is a family trip. Studios, apartments and houses, in which you can stay for days, enjoying all the comforts and services that a hotel can offer you, without sacrificing the advantages and freedom that a home offers you. Who says that when you are traveling you cannot feel that you are at home?

One bedroom apartment, located in a quiet urbanization, just 20 meters from the promenade of La Carihuela. Second line of beach. Free parking and swimming pool. Excellent wifi connection and air conditioning. Perfect location, in the best area of Torremolinos. Only 12 minutes walking from the Benalmádena Marina. Close to bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets (Lidl, Carrefour and Mercadona), bus stop and train station. Apartment composed of a bedroom, equipped with a double bed (measure 135m). Full kitchen. Living area, equipped with television, dining room and a double sofa bed. Full bathroom. Terrace overlooking the pool.

Neighbourhood information

La Carihuela beach, in Torremolinos, is 18 km away. from the city center, and covers from the Bajondillo beach to the Puerto Deportivo de Benalmádena. This beach, has an extension of 2,100 meters in length and 40 meters in average width, and usually has a calm or moderate swell tide. La Carihuela beach is known for its restaurants and beach bars where you can delight in the typical fried fish from Malaga or with numerous dishes of traditional gastronomy. Its palm trees areas with natural grass provide a pleasant shade that invites you to enjoy the summer days. There we can find kiosks, hammock rental services and nautical equipment such as pedal boats. This beach is one of the most frequented, thanks to the fact that various shows are organized on it. One of the most special days to enjoy La Carihuela beach is July 16, during the festivity of the Virgen del Carmen, patron saint of the municipality, in which an extensive program of recreational activities is held around the procession and boarding of the Virgin.
