With a living area of 120 square metres, this property has six spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. All five bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning, and the living room also has a fireplace and comfortable armchairs around it. Outside the house there is a generous swimming pool and a garden area with sunbeds to enjoy the sun. There is also a furnished area to enjoy meals cooked on the barbecue or in the wood oven. To get to the city centre, there are regular bus lines less than 500 metres away, such as line 25, which in just 15 minutes will drop you off in a very central area of Palma.
