Villa Can Botana 1 is located in Cala Sant Vicenç, in the north of Majorca. The renovated holiday home extends over 2 floors and is situated on a large plot of land with several villas lined up and sharing one pool area. The villa has a bright living/dining room, a very well-equipped modern kitchen overlooking the garden, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and a bunk bed for 2 people and one with a double bed) as well as 2 bathrooms with showers and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV, baby cot and high chair. Outside you will find a loggia with garden furniture and a barbecue, a beautiful Mediterranean garden and a shared pool area with outdoor showers and a children's pool. Start the day with a tasty breakfast outside or round off mild summer evenings with a glass of full-bodied wine. Enjoy a relaxing holiday while enjoying the view of the mountains and the sea on the horizon. Here the stress of everyday life is quickly forgotten! Restaurants are 100 m , a supermarket 200 m away and the nearest beach, Playa de Cala Molins, is 100 m or a 1-minute walk from the accommodation.
