Relax and recharge at Villa Can Agua IBIZA - your private oasis on the west coast of Ibiza. Upon entering the villa, you will be welcomed by a bright and airy living room, featuring a large sofa and a smart TV with Netflix, providing the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring the island. The villa also has high-speed WiFi throughout the property, allowing you to stay connected throughout your stay. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook, including an oven, electric hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, large American fridge/freezer with water dispenser, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. The dining area can accommodate up to 8 people, providing the perfect space to enjoy meals together as a group. The villa has four spacious bedrooms, offering comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people. The master bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, double sink, built-in wardrobes and drawers, and private patio doors opening onto the outdoor pool. Upstairs, the second bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, while the third bedroom has a double bed and patio doors opening onto its own private balcony, offering stunning views of San Antonio Bay. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and built-in wardrobes and drawers. Outside, the villa has a large garden, with a private pool, an outdoor barbecue, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun. There are also two balconies upstairs, providing the perfect space to enjoy the magnificent views of San Antonio Bay.

Neighbourhood information

The villa is located near the village of Sant Agustín, in a quiet and secure residential area. Within walking distance is the lively area of San Antonio Bay, with a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. In addition, the nearest beach is a short walk from the house, and some of the most beautiful beaches on the stunning West coast of the island such as Cala Conta, Cala Bassa, or Cala Salada are less than a 10-minute drive away, making it the perfect location to enjoy relaxing and fun-filled holidays. The house is located in a strategic location, easily accessible by bus or taxi, although it is recommended to rent a car or scooters if you wish to have greater freedom of movement to comfortably explore everything the area has to offer. This option will allow you to move around easily and make the most of your stay in the Island.
