The main picture of our listing is an actual view from the big, private balcony! Combined with the best location in Calp (read about neighborhood) and very well maintained, modern, high end, perfectly maintained building makes it a top choice for your summer vacation or remote work at winter time (very good price for a winter season). It's pretty spaces (550 sq ft) ONE BEDROOM unit with the living room (sofa bed), a separate bedroom (queen bed), big terrace (another sofa bed), dining area, kitchen with a big fridge and stove, batroom with a bath and shower, in unit washing machine. Its on the 9-th floor, so you can enjoy a stunning sew view, including sunsets and night lites of Benidorm, not to mention small fishing boats, yahts, sea galls right from your balcony!
We are Natalia and Victor, live in Vancouver, Canada since 1995 (originaly from Kiev, Ukraine). Both University graduetes (engineering, journalism), like travel, photography. Our property manager Elena is the most knowledge, helpful and friendly person you can imagine! She knows everything!
Absolutely the best part of Calp! We can't imagine a better neighborhood! A few minutes of walk from our condo you will find: two world class sandy beaches with all amenities, two promenades, yaht club, sea port (fresh caught fish sold daily!), Famous Ifach Rock with pictures lagoonas around and countless bird species. Plus a salt lake with hundreds of pink flamingos living there. Charming downtown is also not so far, but all shops, restaurants, services are even closer. Despite being close to everything its quiet corner of town with high end buildings and friendly people around.
