Cozy and bright flat 15 minutes walking distance from the city center, next to the Rosaleda stadium. It has natural light all day, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, 3 bedrooms all with air conditioning. Spacious living room with sofa and smart TV. Cozy terrace with sofa. Rooms: Pink room: double bed (160cm), wardrobe, desk. Green room: double bed (135cm), built-in wardrobe. Beige room: 2 single beds, built-in wardrobe, chest of draws, desk. Living space: Spacious living room with a big sofa and smart TV. Cozy terrace with sofa, which you can enjoy the whole year around. The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle…) has everything you need for cooking. The flat is situated on the 2nd floor without an elevator but easy stairs. Please be aware that there is some traffic noise from the streets at certain times. Please bear in mind this info when booking. Many thanks! Acogedor y luminoso piso a 15 minutos andando del centro y al lado del estadio de la Rosaleda. El piso tiene un amplio salón con cocina abierta, un baño, 3 dormitorios con aire acondicionado y una terraza con sofa. Habitaciones: Habitación rosa: cama de matrimonio (160cm), armario, escritorio. Habitación verde: cama de matrimonio (135cm), armario empotrado. Habitación beige: 2 camas individuales, armario empotrado, cajones, escritorio. Sala de estar: amplia sala de estar con un gran sofá y TV inteligente. Acogedora terraza con sofá, la cual podrás disfrutar todo el año. La cocina totalmente equipada tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar. El piso es un segundo sin ascensor pero las escaleras son cómodas de subir. Se puede escuchar el ruido del tráfico a ciertas horas. The flat is situated in the Segalerva zona : 15 minutes walking distance from the city center and 2 min from the Rosaleda football stadium. If you feel lazy there is a bus stop just in front of the house that will take you to Malaga city center and beaches. There is a nice gym next door with a swimming pool. You can park for free in the area. El piso esta situado en la zona de Segalerva, a 15 minutos andando del centro y a 2 minutos del estadio de la Rosaleda. Si no les apetece andar se puede llegar fácilmente al centro y a las playas tomando el bus, la parada se encuentra justo enfrente del piso. También pueden encontrar un gimnasio con piscina y todo tipo de servicios : bares, farmacia, Mercadona. Pueden aparcar gratis en la zona.
