Perfect base for a night or two. The owner was very communicative and helpful. The place was very clean, towels included, products to use in bathroom. Charming, simple decoration. Unbelievable value for a room with a private bathroom in the centre! Very nice square around the corner for drinks and tapas.

I loved this place. It was a charming, decent size room with everything I needed, on a quiet street. Really useful to have a fridge, microwave and kettle. Shower worked well and shampoo etc was provided along with towels. Really close to all the sites and cafes/bars in Seville and seconds away from a beautiful square that has a bar and cafe on it. The square is lined with orange trees and has a church at one end, beautiful. Staying here really helped make my trip to Seville special. The owner of the property was really communicative, sending lots of information about how to get into the property etc. He was really friendly and it was his grandmothers house, (hence the name). I would really recommend staying here.

Great location. 20 mins walk from station, hosts very communicative and we’re waiting with the key. Cosy street level room in a town house on a narrow street close to everything. Good en suite. Very enjoyable 3 day stay.

The place is centrally located, there are many nice eateries around and it’s convenient to everywhere especially the main attractions. The host is very friendly and responsive, and contacted me actively when my flight was delayed and I didn’t make to the hotel as scheduled. Very warm services which makes you feel like home!
