Property information

This is the perfect choice for those who wish to be in the center and walk to restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The combination of an elegant traditional Mallorcan decoration with the modern equipment of the house make of Villa Padrina a house and ideal to spend your holidays. The house, which was 500 years old, belonged to the Knights Templar in Pollença. It is a short walk to the center of Pollença, where you can enjoy all the services and events that the Pueblo offers, at all times of the year. The emblematic house has 4 bedrooms with cot, furnished kitchen, living room, projection room (tv), a patio and excellent mountain views from the terrace with barbecue. Villa Padrina enjoys unlimited free WIFI for use. All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night. From the upper terrace, where you can contemplate the whole town of Pollença, you can enjoy a good barbecue, take the best of the traditional Mallorcan Mediterranean food that you can buy at 1 minute in the shop of Calvary. There you will be recommended the best selection of products!

Neighbourhood information

Of 'Villa Padrina' is seconds from the center of Pollença: Restrooms, shops, cultural centers, Pollença market and museums are some of the services you can access. It is worth mentioning that it is only a 10-minute drive to the nearest beach and 5 minutes to the bus stop, for those who decide to arrive by that means. In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
