Deluxe private modern villa of recent construction. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Air conditioning, heating, high speed wifi, alarm, safe, private parking for several cars, private outdoor swimming pool, outdoor dining room and outdoor shower, solarium area, outdoor Jacuzzi, parasols, barbecue, garden, table tennis. Cleaning included. Five minutes walk from the marina Marina Rubicon. Various restaurants, supermarkets, shops, chemist's, petrol station, cafes, bowling, paddle tennis, car and boat hire, etc.

Neighbourhood information

A five-minute walk from the Marina Rubicón marina. You will find a variety of restaurants, cafes, a bakery, shops, a pharmacy, supermarkets, car and boat rentals, a gas station, an electric vehicle charging point, leisure spots, bowling, etc. Every Wednesday and Saturday, a market is held at the Marina Rubicón marina, and we recommend you visit it. Another must-do is to take a swim at one of the Papagayo beaches. To reach them, you need to rent a car, or you can also choose to walk, which would take about 40 minutes. The nearest beach to your villa is Playa Dorada, which is less than a 15-minute walk away. Playa Dorada has a shopping center nearby with many services and amenities. The beach is equipped with lifeguards and water sports. You should also know that a hundred meters from your villa, you can enjoy a restaurant with a gastronomic menu renowned on the island, as well as a private clinic offering various medical specialties.
