In this apartment of 40 m² (about 430 ft²), facing the sea, with its small terrace, just remodeled, you will be able to enjoy the beach of La Pineda all day long or stay in the swimming pool if you wish. In a quiet area at 1 hour from Barcelona airport, it is convenient for 4 guests. A shared parking space and free car park very close. In a quiet residential area, close to the supermarket, restaurants and a nice playground for children, equipped with a zip line. Close to PortAventura, Ferrariland, Aquopolis, Parque acuático Caribe and Golf del Lúmine & Beach Club. And best of all, you only have to walk through the park to enjoy the beach or get to garden and enjoy the swimming pool. This is a quiet family residence. Silvia will welcome and introduce you to the apartment. She will be able to answer all your questions as well as myself. However, as she is very busy, we ask you to respect the scheduled arrival times in order to avoid extra charges.

Once there I can do everything on foot, whether it's long walks along the seafront to the Aquum Spa for a bit of relaxation or to go to the Palas Hotel to listen to some jazz. I also love shopping in Reus, with its beautiful modernist houses. The Gaudí museum is very nice and you can eat well in its restaurant. If I feel like it, I'll spend the day in Barcelona by Bus Plana, 300 m from the house or by train from Vila-Seca station. For a bit of history I go to Tarragona where I let myself be fascinated by the Roman ruins. But my favorite activity is the evening stroll, to have an ice cream at the small fishing port of Cambrils where I don't fail to visit Isabel de Bellart's bookshop, it's magic! The Plana bus takes you directly from Barcelona airport in 1h18min and leaves you at 350 m (stop Hotel La Hacienda in front of the Pizzeria La Traviata). From Reus airport you will take 10 min by taxi or a little more by bus (yellow line). To go to the beach, just cross the park right in front of it. The Mi Alcampo supermarket is 350 m away, There's no shortage of leisure activities!
