The luxurious holiday villa Bellviure with its 250 m2 is located near Palma and leaves nothing to be desired. It has 4 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds and 2 king-size beds) as well as 2 bathrooms (one of which is connected to the bedroom) and thus accommodates 8 people (plus 2 babies). Other rooms include a living room with a comfortable sofa, a smart TV, an iPod docking station and a Playstation 3 as well as a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. It has a coffee machine with coffee, a dishwasher, a microwave, a mixer and a toaster. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (available in all rooms), ceiling fans, a safe, a washing machine and dryer and a high chair for children. The 10 x 5 m saltwater pool invites you on hot days to take a refreshing dip. There is also an outdoor shower outside the villa. A portable barbecue and comfortable outdoor furniture as well as a large dining table with chairs invite you to enjoy a BBQ. Furthermore, sun loungers and a parasol are at the guests' disposal. In the immediate vicinity of the villa there are numerous restaurants within walking distance (10-12 minutes away). The nearest supermarket is 11 minutes away. The beaches Platja de Can Pere Antoni and Playa Ciudad Jardín can be reached in 14 minutes by car (14 km). Parking spaces are available on the street.
