The property is an apartment within “the palace” as locals like to call it. It is a few miles from La Tercia and there are no bus routes. So a car would be a must as we are in the country. There is a Country Bowls Club a 2 minute walk away which is open to the public and serves amazing food. We have our own electric gate entrance and you have use of our large pool and area. 12m - 5m pool in a beautiful garden setting in Valley Del Sol. San Javier is a 20 minute drive as is the centre of Murcia city. The airport at Corvera is a 15 minute drive and Alicante airport is just over an hour away. La Torre golf course is a 5 minute drive. There are several other courses nearby. The beaches are beautiful and approximately 25 minutes away. The pool is used by the owners and the guests have free use of it. The apartment is private. It is set in the rear of the property with its own entrance. The house is the private residence of the hosts. Check in and out times can be flexible but only with prior arrangement. Our latest check in time is 8pm.
We are late 50s easy to get along with. Pleasant people. We live in the main house so available most of the time if needed. We wish you a pleasant stay.
A very quiet area a short drive to the airport and about 25 minutes into the centre of San Javier or 20 minutes to Murcia city. Surrounded by golf courses. Beach is 25 minutes drive. Supermarkets also a short drive into Roldan or Sucina. We also have a Country club a 20 minute walk up the road. A car is advised as we are in the country and approximately a 10 minute drive to La Tercia. We are located in the Valley Del Sol in the area of Gea Y Truyols.
