Maravilloso apartamento moderno cerca del centro urbano. Totalmente reformado. El piso cuenta con una terraza solárium muy amplia con barbacoa y tumbonas para poder disfrutar del maravilloso sol de Málaga. Tiene posibilidad de ascensor y está a tan solo 15 minutos del centro urbano a pie. Alrededor hay todo tipo de comercios y parques para que los mas pequeños pueda disfrutar así como también líneas de transporte público para aquellos que lo necesiten.

El barrio de olletas es un barrio obrero muy famoso en Málaga. La vida empieza muy temprano en la mañana y acaba muy tarde en la noche ya que cuenta con todo tipo de establecimientos y comercios. Es un barrio muy seguro y está muy cerca del centro urbano. Para aquellos que no quieran andar los 15 minutos que separa la zona del centro urbano podrán tomar un autobús urbano. El barrio se encuentra el famoso y emblemático antiguo cementerio de Málaga el cual se ha convertido en una parada turística en los últimos años. Para llegar al alojamiento podrán hacerlo de varias formas. En la misma calle hay una parada de autobús (Línea C2) que pasa por el mismo centro urbano. Todas las calles alrededor al apartamento son de parking gratuito. El apartamento cuenta con parking privado en las instalaciones para aquellos que no quieran aparcar en la calle. También podrán llegar al alojamiento con un taxi, o uber.
