The Ground Floor, has two double bedroom’s,  lounge, kitchen, bathroom and a rear terrace (no sea views) but a haven for breakfast or some solitude. Spectacular, uninterrupted views of the sea through the glass curtain. The First Floor, has one double bedroom, a sofa bed in the lounge ( a single bed on the roof terrace landing is also available) a huge kitchen/lounge with magnificent views through the  glass curtain,  bathroom and  a huge roof terrace facing south looking over Malaga bay. There is a portable ramp which will help wheelchair access from the street to the lobby/ground floor,from here on in wheelchair use is limited, please ensure that this is suitable before booking
10 Metres from the house is the beach which has breakwater’s, creating a safe area for all the family. The neighbourhood of El Palo is in the East zone of Malaga, close to the maritime walk of the city. It is in a privileged location in the city of Malaga, since it allows one to combine the cultural tourism (historical centre, Museum Thyssen, Museum Picasso, Fort, Gibralfaro, Roman Theatre…) with the beach without need of car. El Palo has many restaurants, on the beach or in the town where one can sample the authentic Spanish culture and easygoing way of life. Closeby, you will find bakeries, shops of food and supermarkets, SuperSol supermarket is 5 minutes walking. A Public Market that offers fresh food, being famous for its fruit, vegetables, fish and meat. There are cafeterias for breakfast, pharmacies, bakeries, hairdressers, fashionable shops and of course bars, everything that you might need for a memorable vacations.There is also a Marina nearby with the port Club ‘El Candado’. Close to the house there is bus stop for lines 11 and 3, that passes every 5 minutes and takes you to Malaga old town in about 10-15 minutes. There also is a taxi stop at around 100 meters.
