Fantastic apartment with sea views in the Aiguadolç area of Sitges, just 40 km from Barcelona. Balmins and La Marina beach is just a 5-minute walk away. This apartment is located in one of the quietest areas with the best views of Sitges. Its spectacular terrace with its good orientation receives the sun throughout the day.The sunsets are a pure spectacle! With a modern and warm decoration, this apartment consists of an independent kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay, a separate laundry area, a spectacular living room with a sofa bed that leads to the terrace and its views, two double bedrooms with of marriage, one of them with bathroom in suite, and another courtesy toilet. It is very comfortable for up to 5 people. It also has a community pool, WiFi included in the price. It must be taken into account that this apartment does not have air conditioning, but opening the windows brings in the Mediterranean breeze that cools the apartment.
