My apartment is located in a very beautiful residential area above the highway in Torviscas Alto, close to everything but very quiet for a peaceful holiday. 5’ by car from the most exclusive beaches and 10’ walking distance to two malls where to buy food in two of the biggest local supermarkets ( Mercadona - delivery, and Super Dino). Spa and wellness only 10’ walk, bars and restaurants too.....free parking space 365 days of the week just at the entrance of complex and with NO steps to the apartment through ramp! The stunning sea view and privacy makes it perfect for a couple or a family holiday. With Smart TV with youtube and Netflix access ( Account not included), PRIME included, desk, HIGH speed WIFI 300mb. Kitchen fully fitted and washing machine! What else? We guarantee the disinfection and cleaning plus linen and towels washed consciously .Also there is a water filter installed in the kitchen!!! There are 2 swimming pools both sunny and quiet usually and no problems at all. Double bed linen /towels provided for bookings over 7 nights. (Included). Security bond is now taken direct by booking.
I’m a hard worker myself in the tourism industry owning an Estate agent in the south for 23 years. So we have great experience in the market of course and will always make the best to satisfy our clients needs asap. Because of the Holiday Rentals law , we can’t offer a key service by box. We need to welcome customers ourselves, take a picture of the passports and fill in a form that has to be sent to police for its registration, within 24hs. security bond is now taken by booking direct. I’m sure you will have an amazing holiday in my home. Myself or my managers will explain and be nice to you at any moment whatever you may need. We can also offer the airport transport to and from TFS and TFN for fees so check with us.
2 big malls nearby (CC X Sur and Cosmos), AQUA Spa, Siam Mall and Siam park only 5’ drive. There is bus line 424 that arrives to Roque del Conde arch, and from there the apartment is aprox 400mts walk. If you don’t have a car, theres is no issue as taxis from anywhere in the south are very cheap.
