Atico Top Granada, penthouse with 2 free underground parking spaces (entrance from Calle Guirao Gea, lift to the apartment), is on the top 18th and 19th floors of Torre San Lázaro, the tallest building in Granada. The main (pedestrian) entrance of the building and the front of the penthouse overlook Plaza San Lázaro, a large square without traffic, with trees, benches and open-plan areas, surrounded by houses, shops, restaurants and terraces. It is part of the Plaza de Toros-Doctores-San Lázaro neighbourhood, with the city's historic bullring in neo-Mudejar style, known for its tapas bars, cafés and pubs, its hospitals and for being a university neighbourhood. A few metres from the house you will find supermarkets, shops, bakeries, laundrettes, chemists, banks, cash machines, take-away food, bars, restaurants and terraces for breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee and drinks. We are 20 min by car from Granada airport, 5 min on foot from the train station and 2 min from 8 bus lines and 1 metro line. You can walk to the monuments and tourist attractions of Granada. To go to Sierra Nevada, the beautiful villages, hiking trails or to visit Andalusia, we recommend travelling by car.
