Exclusive penthouse on the Mediterranean Sea, with stunning views and all kinds of comforts. With an elegant contemporary aesthetic, it has a large living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, three bedrooms and three terraces, all with direct views of the sea, and one of which is large, with a dining, relaxation and sitting area. It is located on the coast, 35 km from the center of Malaga, with excellent connections, and all kinds of nearby services, on the top floor of a very unique and beautiful building, located right on the beach. Benejarafe is a typical Spanish fishing village with numerous bars, charming restaurants, shops and supermarkets. In the surroundings there are a lot of excellent places to visit and to enjoy Mediterranean cuisine, the beautiful nearby towns and the beautiful landscape of the Axarquía of Malaga.
