Beautiful apartment with large roof terrace, recently renovated, overlooking the sea, the mountains, the golf course and the beautiful community pool. Here you will find everything you need for a perfect vacation in the very green area of Almeria. The apartment is located in the oasis of El Toyo, a perfect place between the city of Almeria (15 km away) and the gates of the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata with its beautiful beaches and bays. Up to 5 people have the possibility to be accommodated here. If you plan to stay with your baby, there is also a travel cot (120x60) at your disposal. Comfort is provided by, among other things, high quality mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen and a massage shower. Enjoy the sun, admire the night sky or enjoy an outdoor meal from any of the balconies or terraces. For an even more comfortable stay, the apartment has central air conditioning and heating, as well as a 65-inch smart TV and high-speed WiFi. Private car parking is included in the garage. The residential complex is quiet and has a very spacious supervised swimming pool of more than 60m in length, which is usually accessible between June 15 and September 15, a playground area for children and a Padel tennis court (open throughout the year).
Services such as supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, playgrounds, as well as a gas station, a hospital and a pharmacy are within 10 minutes walking distance. Almería airport can be reached in a few minutes by car or bus. Likewise, you can undertake numerous leisure activities in the area, such as playing golf, discovering the many beaches and bays, visiting the historic Alcazaba of Almería, visiting the Western Park Mini-Hollywood or the Aquarium of Roquetas de Mar, just to name a few.
