Our two retreats with spacious terraces located on the first floor of our house are ideal for your trip: Far enough from the noisy city for the well-deserved rest in the middle of nature, surrounded by pine trees and total tranquility. And close enough to get lost in the bustling Malaga or go down for a few "espetos" of Sardines on the beach of Pedregalejo (3km). In case there is any doubt or question: we live in the penthouse just above your apartment and we will delighted to help wherever we can! PINARES-the one with the big terrace: The apartment is ideal for those looking for a private and individually used space with 85 m2 terrace - sundeck with covered dining area - yet close to a great, lively port city would like. LA-YUCA: large apartment with bedroom, covered large terrace and a small private garden in the east. Parking in front of the door, from here traffic-free on the highway and the hot spots Andalusiens visit!
I live in Málaga since 1996 and can call the beautiful city my second home, where my children were born. I am still fascinated by the unbeatable light and contrasts, the particularly blue skies in winter, the scents and my morning way to my studio: on the Paseo maritimo from Pedregalejo towards the city center. The Malagueños are great and open hearted people and you feel at home instantly! I work here as an architect and web promoter and rent apart my apartment to international travelers. Great friendships were born with this rentals. I find it particularly interesting how travelers accept "my" city, how they experience Málaga, what they liked or disliked. Málaga is for me the ideal city to life and to travel in, infrastructure hinterland, culture and even the Atlantic Ocean is not far ... more then one came to Malaga and kept staying here like myself!
The apartment is ideal - at my understanding, far enough away to relax, and cloes enough to get into, whenever you like. Close to all amenities (shopping in El Palo, beach in Pedregalejo, mountain hiking directly from the house ...). It is also on foot down (3km) back but probably better in a taxi, because our house is located on about 220 m altitude above sea level. You will enjoy the tranquility here and still enjoy the busy (and very loud) port city of Malaga nearby.
