Perched on the cliffs, on the edge of pine forest, the house offers tranquility, nature, serenity in a sumptuous setting. Little, see no vis-à-vis. The villa consists of 3 apartments. The apartment Paquebot recently renovated and decorated with taste counts 150m2, 4 bedrooms for 7 people, 3 bathrooms. A huge balcony overlooks the sea and gives the impression of being by boat. The apartment is on one level, with a terrace facing southwest. The heated pool is shared with other tenants of the apartment Voilier. If you are interested in renting the 2 apartments, contact us. We are a Swiss couple of early retirement, settled part-time between Switzerland and Spain. We are delighted to welcome guests and share our passion for Javea and its surroundings in this family home, built by our parents in 1988.
The area is quiet. There is no traffic, except that of boats on the sea. Villa Marina offers comfort, tranquility and security. In agreement with the few neighbors, we have established a charter that prohibits noise after midnight. One can walk to different coves, walking between 30 and 40 minutes. Otherwise, given its isolated situation, it is better to have a vehicle.
