Stunning duplex 2 bedroomed apartment situated in the heart of Marbella Old Town. 5 minutes from the famous Orange Square, 5 minute walk to the beach. The apartment is light and spacious lying over two floors with all modern conveniences including flat screen smart TV with multi language TV stations . Everything is within walking distance no car needed for this perfect city centre location.
Behind the busy town of Marbella lies Marbella Old Town (Casco Antiquo) which consists of a maze of cobbled streets with alleyways leading to hidden squares, tapas bars, top class restaurants and churches. With a mix of old and new mingled together to give a taste of the real Andulcia with the hustle and bustle of daily life. This is a traffic free zone therefore making it easy to relax and wander round Art Galleries, designer shops and small independent boutiques.
