Our flats are located in the emblematic Plaza de la Villa in Madrid, one of the best preserved monumental sites in Madrid. It is located in the historic centre, close to Puerta del Sol and has been the seat of the City Council of the capital. 1-bedroom flats in a simple but very cosy style. Fully equipped with all comforts and independent entrance. We have double beds of 135cm with premium mattresses so that our guests can rest as well as possible.

Its unbeatable location, in the heart of the Ópera district, opposite the Plaza Mayor and a stone's throw from the Puerta del Sol and the Royal Palace, make this the best option for those who want to make the most of their time in the city. These three flats are the ideal starting point to get to know the city on foot, to enjoy its spectacular gastronomic offer, its shops, its museums, its legendary nightlife and its musicals.
