Property information

Estival 3000 Apartments are located within a large urbanization, probably one of the most popular urbanizations in the entire locality. They feature a double bedroom with either a double bed or 2 single beds, with the usual arrangement being 2 single beds and a double sofa bed in the dining room, allowing them to accommodate up to 4 guests in their facilities. They have a bathroom with a shower, as well as a beautiful kitchen equipped with a microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator, and washing machine. The kitchen is open to the dining room and prepared with utensils according to its capacity, along with all the necessary appliances for a vacation. The living-dining room is equipped with a television. Through the living room, you access a large terrace perfectly suitable for both winter and summer, furnished with a table and chairs. Bed linen is provided for all guests included in the reservation, but kitchen towels and tablecloths are not provided.

Estival 3000 Apartments are located on the second line from the sea of the family-friendly La Pineda beach on the Costa Dorada, just a 5-minute walk away, as well as from the bus stop that connects La Pineda with Tarragona. If you are traveling by plane, Estival 3000 Apartments are just 12 km from Reus Tarragona Airport or less than 25 km from Tarragona's AVE station, enjoying an unbeatable location for arriving by public transport as the urban bus of the area stops almost at their doorstep. Barcelona is located less than an hour and a half away from these apartments, Zaragoza less than two and a half hours, and Madrid just over 4 hours by car, connected by roads and highways ideal for reaching. Additionally, there is a supermarket 500 meters from the apartments, a pharmacy 1.5 km away, and a health center less than 20 minutes' walk away. As well as, a wide variety of bars and restaurants for you to enjoy the local gastronomy.
