We offer: indoor and outdoor parking, air conditioning and fans in all rooms and equipped kitchen (Dolce Gusto coffee maker and microwave). Swimming pool for adults and children's pool, garden areas, gym and Spa with Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, foot bath and hydromassage showers. Free indoor and outdoor parking. SPA hours (adults only): Jacuzzi every day. Sauna and Turkish bath on Saturdays and Sundays. From June 15 to September 15: from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Rest of the year: from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Gym every day from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The SWIMMING POOL from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. In the most paradisiacal area of La Manga, quiet beaches and urbanization with swimming pools for adults and children, garden areas, gym and Spa. Good restaurants nearby, supermarkets and pharmacy. Quiet apartment with amazing seaviews from all rooms, on one side the Mediterranean Sea with its sunrise and on the other the Mar Menor with its beautiful sunsets. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms, a living-dining room, independent kitchen and a terrace with an awning. And it is equipped with all the comforts: Smart TV in the living room (with Chromecast) and bedroom 1, TV in bedroom 2, mosquito nets, air conditioning, fans in all rooms, heating (blue heat), beach equipment and four touring bicycles. The house has the best orientation (east, south and west) and cross ventilation. All exterior.
Hi! We are Juanma and Victoria, a couple from Cartagena. We acquired this apartment as a place of rest and enjoyment of the sea and nature. Today is our little paradise and we want to share it with you. We are at your disposal for whatever you need. We want you to enjoy your stay. That is why we are always available to answer any questions and help you may need. Possibility of autonomous entrance. Check-in after 5:00 p.m. and check-out before 12:00 p.m. but we are flexible if there is no schedule conflict, we adapt. Very quiet area, ideal for rest and enjoy nature. But with all services at hand. Close to all kinds of services: restaurants, bakeries, ice cream parlor, supermarket, pharmacy, hardware store and shops. And a few meters from the exclusive Collados Beach restaurant. We offer four free bicycles for you to enjoy pleasant walks in this quiet and safe environment. We have a bike lane right at the entrance of the urbanization that runs through the entire La Manga del Mar Menor (18 km).
