Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and a television with foreign channels. On your private, covered terrace, equipped with an awning and a small table with chairs, you are invited to begin the day with a fresh coffee as you admire the view of the sea or round off a long day at the beach with a glass of wine. In the communal, outdoor area you will find a refreshing pool, an outdoor shower and tennis courts for those who like to stay active during their holidays. A supermarket is only 150 m or a 2-minute walk away while the romantic beach promenade (for pedestrians only), with a selection of shops, restaurants and cafes, is just beyond your front door. The property is ideally situated to explore the beautiful region of Axarquia and is only about 37 km or a 30-minute drive from Málaga. Furthermore, you will also find the sandy beach Playa de Algarrobo in less than a minutes’ walk away. Here you can relax under the warm sun before the glittering water and make unforgettable memories with your loved ones. Street parking is available.
