Modern apartment with a leisure area for children, with a sports court, 50 m2 communal swimming pool, children's playground and tennis court. Very central, all services less than 500 mtrs, close to the beach of Caldes d'Estrac. Capacity for 8 adults, with 4 bedrooms and 4 double beds and 2 bathrooms. Services and common areas: Garden areas, sports court, tennis court, swimming pool for adults and children's pool, children's leisure area. The guest will be responsible for respecting the regulations of the community area. It has a garage for a vehicle in the same building and free parking outside. When making the Check-in we will leave you a contact telephone number where you will find us at your disposal 24 hours a day, every day. days of the week. Caldes d'Estrac is an ideal town to spend a family holiday and enjoy its fantastic beach and thermal waters. The apartment is newly renovated and has all the comforts to spend an excellent family holiday.
