The spacious terrace is the perfect invitation for open-air breakfasts or candlelit dinners. The decoration is taken care of to the maximum detail with elements of luxury and functionality. It has Air conditioning with heat pump, lined and illuminated built-in wardrobes in each room, a fully equipped kitchen, two sun loungers, a large table on the terrace, and WIFI access included. The enclosure is completely closed and has a 24-hour security service and a private garage space.The carefully designed exteriors are made up of gardens, terraces and swimming pools that blend with the sea. The bathing areas are equipped with toilets and changing rooms. An elevator gives direct access to the house from the private underground parking or the storage room.
