Apartment "Bellavista" is located in the seaside resort Coves Noves in the north of Menorca, only a few minutes on foot from the sea. The apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds) as well as a bathroom with a washing machine, and thus offers space for 4 people. The equipment includes Wi-Fi, fans and cable TV, while a baby cot and a children’s bed are available on request. The private outdoor area offers a garden with a covered terrace with a grill and the shared outdoor area facilities are at the "Club de Tenis Coves Noves", 400m away from the property, where you can find a tennis court, volleyball, table-tennis, petanque, football pitch and a basketball court and a pool. There is also a restaurant. The private club is open from May 1st to September 30th. The restaurant is open from July 1st to August 30th. There you will also find a children's pool and an outdoor shower, where you can cool down on warm summer days. Thanks to its excellent location you can reach the nearest beach, Playa Arenal d’en Castell, on foot within 15 minutes (1.2 km). There you will certainly enjoy the clear blue water and the scenic panorama of the bay. A supermarket can be reached after an 8-minute walk (650 m), a bar and a restaurant after 5 minutes (450 m), while more restaurants can be found by the beach. The island’s lovely capital Máo is a 20-minute drive (19 km) away, and you will get to the airport of Menorca after a 25-minute drive (24 km). Parking spaces are available on the property and on the street. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. Maximum number of Pets: 2. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for pets.
