The apartment is located facing the sea. Spectacular to disconnect from everything and enjoy an incredible environment. It has a terrace with views of the beach, free Wi-Fi and optional parking space (2,10 m high!). A 3-room apartment (2 with single beds and 1 with double bed). It has 2 hammocks on the terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor table with awning to enjoy a good meal in the sun or under the stars. It has 1 bathroom with shower, plus an outdoor shower on the terrace and an equipped kitchen. Information to pay attention to: In case of late arrival or late checkout, the property has the right to charge an extra fee. The fee charged (paid directly to the property) for late checkin or late checkout will be 50 euros if it hasn't been previously agreed by the property. Any request must be done minimum 48h before the checkin.
Residential area Rits. Very quiet area and at the same time very close to downtown, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and pubs. Located between Playa Larga and Cala Llenguadets . You can access both beaches walking for 5 min. by a small road with easy access.
