Amazing deluxe town house with spellbinding sea views of the Mediterranean. Built directly into the historic city walls of the old town of Altea, this spacious two bedroom house is situated in one of the top locations of the old town. Reformed three years ago using reclaimed antique floors and doors, the property will amaze and delight you. Top of the range kitchen and bathrooms, blend beautifully with century old stone walls. The property offers two large double bedrooms , each with their own bathrooms and toilet. The elegant living room leads onto the terrace with views over the whole bay of Altea. Watch the sunrise in the morning, while enjoying your coffee. This is a very special property, created with love and passion for preserving the historic old town. We invite you to stay with us and experience the best that Altea's old town has to offer

Altea is without doubt one of the most charming towns of the Costa Blanca North, and it’s old town is packed full of character . The quaint charming streets, many of which are stepped, wind up to the church and plaza at the top of the hill, from where there are magnificent views of the mountains and the sea. The pedestrianised cobbled streets are packed with top class restaurants and a fascinating array of tiny shops offering exquisite local crafts, paintings and gifts. Although most of our guests seem more than content to while away the day relaxing and enjoying the easy lifestyle associated with Altea´s old town, and beach, there are a multitude of things to do in the surrounding area. City life in Alicante (45 mins) and Valencia (1 hr 15 mins) is offset by the stunning Costa Blanca mountain scenery, home to the ancient monastery village of Guadalest. Altea is only approximately 20 minutes drive from the night life of Benidorm , and is handily placed for visiting its many attractions.
