This flat is located in a residential area of Alhaurín de la Torre, next to the golf course, with several shops, restaurants and bars very close while being in a quiet environment. This flat for up to 6 people has 101 m2 of constructed area, is comfortable and very cosy. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and large windows with lots of light. Spacious living room with TV, air conditioning and heating, free wifi, sofa bed for two people and large windows with access to the terrace. Also, American style kitchen, with all the equipment: ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine .... It has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and an additional bathroom with shower. It is worth mentioning that the flat has a beautiful communal swimming pool with a garden area very close by. On the other side of the urbanisation there are paddle courts and golf courses.
