This comfortable one-bedroom ground floor apartment is located in the urbanization Mediterráneo I, in Gran Alacant (Santa Pola), Alicante. The urbanization is located next to the Clot de Galvani Natural Park, and 900 metres (10 min walk) from the beautiful Carabassi Beach - considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the province of Alicante. It is a private, quiet, and relaxing urbanization that has among its common areas, 3 Swimming Pools, open in summer until midnight, Tennis Court, Playground for children, Picnic area and Private Parking for each Bungalow. The Bungalow consists of a large terrace furnished with garden furniture, where you can sunbathe, have an aperitif or eat there. It faces south, so the sun is guaranteed all day long. The Kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, as well as a toaster, juicer, kettle, coffee maker and a complete set of dishes. The living room is equipped with a dining table, air conditioning with hot and cold function, WIFI wireless Internet available for free, television and a sofa bed that can be used as a single bed or for two people.
The urbanization is located next to the Clot de Galvani Natural Park, where you can walk and watch the many birds that inhabit it from the existing viewpoints and 900 metres (10 min walk) from the beautiful Carabassi Beach - considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the province of Alicante. The beach can be accessed by walking on wooden walkways, to preserve the dunes. A very short distance from the house, in front of the entrance of the Urbanization there are bars, restaurants and a small supermarket and a bit further the Gran Alacant Shopping Center, with supermarkets, shops of all kinds and which can be accessed walking or by bus. The bus stops at the front door of the Urbanization. From the property you have easy access to Santa Pola, Elche and Alicante, each full of charm, interesting architecture and culture. It has excellent communication, both through the Alicante Airport, located just 9km from the Urbanization, and through the Railway that from the center of Alicante connects us with Madrid, Valencia or Barcelona in a very short time. The beaches in this area are perfect for practicing water sports: water skiing, diving, snorkeling, windsurfing, etc.
