Finca Alegrías is located just 7 km from the city centre and 8 km from the beach. It is a house in the middle of nature, quiet, intimate and perfectly equipped to spend a few relaxing days on the island. Its strategic location makes it a perfect starting point to reach any point of the island in a short time. Supermarkets at 2 minutes, golf courses or beaches at 10 minutes, perfect for cycling routes... It has a beautiful swimming pool and an outdoor jacuzzi for 6 people, heated, which makes it ideal also for the winter season. High speed Wifi, several Smart TVs with international and children's channels. This vacation home features a cozy and well-equipped private outdoor space with a pool, a whirlpool, a garden, open and covered terraces, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower, perfect for open-air relaxation. One of the terraces is 30 m² in size and is adjacent to the room on the upper floor. 6 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Beach/pool towels are provided. A thermomix and an air fryer are available upon request and are subject to a security deposit. This property features energy-saving lighting. Maximum number of Pets: 3.
