The villa Ajaches 23 is located in Puerto Calero and boasts a beautiful view of the sea. The 3-storey property is 130m² and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, one of which leads out onto a balcony and 3 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite as well as an additional toilet. The villa can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool (which can be heated without additional charge), which can be heated in winter an open terrace, a balcony and a grill. Free parking is available on the street as well as private parking on the property. There is 24-hour security in the urbanisation. Beach/pool towels are provided. The key is to be left in the key box.
