Casa Lilly-Rose, a beautiful 3 bedroom detached villa situated on the Pinada Golf II Urbanisation located within 10 minutes walk to the famous Villamartin Plaza with lots of bars, restaurants and entertainment. Only 10 minutes by car to the closest beach and there are three beautiful golf courses all within a 5-10 min drive. The villa is set on a fantastic plot with beautiful garden area and terraces. Outdoor under cover seating on porch overlooking the garden and lemon tree. There is also a bbq/dining area with seating for 6 over looking the beautiful large private pool with steps walking into the shallow end. Villa is very spacious with an open plan lounge/diner/ kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table to seat 6. Kitchen comprises large fridge freezer, microwave, oven, electric hob and dishwasher. There are 3 large bedrooms, 1 super king with en-suite, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. All bedrooms have newly fitted air conditioning. All linen and towels are provided. There is a large family bathroom with bath / utility room with washing machine and separate dryer. Iron/ironing board provided. Hair dryer provided.
We hope you enjoy your stay in our beautiful villa, we can share with you our understanding of the local area and will be on hand during your stay to help with any queries you may have. You will be provided with a welcome brochure on your arrival with information about the area and we will be on call in case of any emergencies or to answer any questions.
There are 3 golf courses within a short drive Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas and the villa is located close to Villamartin Plaza so there are plenty of bars and restaurants and all amenities in walking distance. There are bus routes taking you to La Zenia Boulevard for shopping and the local beaches.
