Down in the basement, you'll find a cozy double bed and a comfortable 120cm wide sleeping sofa, providing extra sleeping options. This holiday haven offers ample opportunities for relaxation and recreation. The outdoor area includes a spacious private pool, surrounded by a generous lounge seating area and plenty of sunshade to keep you cool during the sun-drenched hours. On the entrance level of the villa, you'll discover a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, along with an inviting outdoor terrace. 2 bedrooms plus 1 children's bedroom and a well-appointed bathroom with a bathtub, shower, double sink, and toilet completes this level.
