ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION This Townhouse for up to 6 guests is located in an old fishing village called 'Es Molinar' in Palma de Mallorca. THE SPACE This townhouse has a 110 ㎡ measuring area and is just 200m from the beach. It’s the perfect holiday residence to enjoy tranquil days in a small seaside town. The property consists of two well-distributed levels and a 70㎡-roof terrace. It has 3 bedrooms. The main dormitory comes with a double bed, an ensuite bathroom and a shower. The second one also has a double bed and a shower. The third bedroom features two twin beds. Every detail was designed with comfort in mind and most amenities are available: TV, free Wi-Fi, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine, and a baby cot upon request. We are proud to provide sustainable and comfortable properties. The property has an individual cooling and heating system that offers the perfect temperature. *This house is rented as self-catering. The area Home to Palma’s most beautiful windmills, Es Molinar is a continuation of Es Portixol. It used to be occupied by fishermen and farmers and even though many have left and some have moved in, their marine footprint is still notable throughout the area. What to do Es Molinar offers multiple activities and sports events all year. Enjoy swimming, bicycling, running, walking, or rollerblading. This site is also home to many popular restaurants, boutique shops and café and the area is accessible by public transportation.
