Duplex penthouse in old Town Great location- no care needed- directly in the beautiful old town of Marbella you will be in one of the most famous old town in south Spain. beautiful charming surrounding - just around the corner the old town start with many choice of restaurants, bars shops etc. Very near to the beach and beach promenade only 300 meters you will be able to walk on the beach promenade from marbella to Puerto banus. If you arrive by car- parking garage is very near need to be paid- but no car is needed all is in walking distance. supermarket - bars .- restaurants etc. The modern duplex apartment has stylish interior . Al new refurbished - Alarm system- very well equipped kitchen with washer washing machine and dryer- open living dinning area with an extra dining area in the kitchen and one in the living area 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms ( 2 en suite ) - enjoy lots of space on 2 floors - the duplex has a nice roof bedroom with en suite bathroom on the roof floor we can add extra bed- mat-race also on lower level in one bedroom we can add extra foldable bed. living room has Smart TV - safe - Families with baby are very welcome - we have baby cot and high chair included -
