Florenza Khamsin Residential Complex is located right in the middle of Hurghada's Arabia area, home to many of Hurghada's most popular hotels, such as the Grand Azur, Arabia and El Palacio resorts. The residential complex has a quieter atmosphere than the main tourist centers, and a beautiful view of the sea. All entertainment venues in downtown Hurghada are less than five minutes away by taxi, including Hurghada's trendy new marina with dangerous spots and encounters. Divers appreciate the fact that many of the most popular submarine marinas are within walking distance of Florenza Khamsin. Hurghada's historic fish market, the shipyards and the ferry to Sharm El Sheikh are also within walking distance. Hurghada International Airport is also just a ten minute taxi ride away.
